Corrections and removal

For tickets, refunds, registration, accessibility, event-day questions, or an urgent cancellation, contact the organizer through the source website. NCW Events does not run the event or sell admission.

• incorrect date, time, venue, address, organizer, or free-admission status;
• a cancelled, postponed, private, duplicate, or expired event;
• a listing that should link to a different authoritative source;
• an intellectual property, trademark, or authorization concern;
• a request from an organizer or venue to remove its listing.

• the event title and date;
• the NCW Events page or source link;
• the correction or removal you are requesting;
• a current organizer, venue, or ticketing link that supports the change;
• your relationship to the event, if you are writing for an organizer, venue, or rights holder.

Contact NCW Events using the developer contact shown in the App Store or Google Play listing. Include only the information needed to review the listing. Do not send payment details, passwords, government identification, or other sensitive information.

We review the request against current public sources and may correct, hide, consolidate, or remove the listing. We may ask for more information when authority or facts are unclear. A request does not guarantee a particular outcome, but credible safety, cancellation, authorization, and rights concerns are prioritized.
