For organizers
Share your events with people across North Central Washington
If your organization runs public events, you can post them on NCW Events for free. Photograph your flyer and we fill in the details for you to check, or type them in. Most events are live within a minute.
Get started- 1
Set up your organization
Your name, what kind of organization you are, your website or social page, and your home town. Once.
- 2
Post an event
Scan a flyer or enter the details. You see exactly how it will look, in the feed and on its own page, before it goes out.
- 3
It goes live
People find it in the app and on the web, save it, and get reminded before it starts.
Who can post
Any organization that runs events open to the public: venues, wineries and breweries, nonprofits and clubs, churches, schools and libraries, businesses, chambers and visitor centers, and cities and parks departments. A community group can set up an organization named after the group.
- You need a free account with a verified email address.
- Events must be in person, open to the public, and in North Central Washington.
- Several people can post for one organization. Add them as teammates.
What happens after you post
Cities, chambers and other organizations we already know go live as soon as they post. Other events are checked automatically, usually in a few seconds, and some get a quick look from a person first, usually within a day. A new organization’s first event always gets that look. You get an email when your event is live, and a note if anything needs changing.
What your event looks like
Your event shows your organization’s name and links to your event page, or your website when there isn’t one. Cards use the same illustrations as every other event, so the feed stays easy to read. Tickets and prices stay on your own page: NCW Events says whether it is free, and links to you for the rest.
Already listed?
NCW Events also collects events from local calendars. If yours is already listed, we’ll ask when you post, and you can replace the listing with your own version. It keeps its link, and anyone who saved it keeps it. To fix a listing without posting, use the corrections page.
Changes and cancellations
Edit an event any time, one date of a repeating event or all of them. If you cancel, the event says so on its page and people who saved it are told.
