NCW Events is intended for people looking for public events in North Central Washington. You may browse as a guest. An account is optional unless you want to save events or use another account feature.

NCW Events gathers and organizes information published by event organizers, venues, local calendars, and other public sources. NCW Events does not organize, host, sponsor, endorse, or sell admission to the events it lists unless a listing clearly says otherwise.

Event dates, times, locations, admission rules, availability, accessibility, age restrictions, and other details can change or be incorrect. Always check the linked source website before you travel, register, or make a purchase.

NCW Events is not a ticket seller and does not process payments, registrations, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Any transaction you make on a linked website is between you and that third party and is governed by its terms and policies.

Questions about tickets, refunds, cancellations, safety, accessibility, or attendance should go directly to the organizer or ticket provider shown on the source website.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account from Profile. Deletion cannot be undone.
• We may suspend access that threatens the service, other users, or our systems.

You may use NCW Events for personal, lawful event discovery. You may not:

• interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or probe it for vulnerabilities;
• use automated means to overload, scrape, copy, or republish the service at scale;
• misrepresent your identity or your connection to an event, organizer, or venue;

NCW Events links to websites and services we do not control. A link is provided so you can verify current details. It is not an endorsement or a promise about the third party's content, availability, security, privacy practices, or conduct.

NCW Events and its original software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Event names, organizer names, venue names, and linked content may belong to their respective owners.

If a listing is inaccurate, cancelled, unauthorized, or raises an intellectual property concern, use the event correction process.

NCW Events is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that every event will be found or that every listing will remain current.

You are responsible for deciding whether an event, venue, route, activity, or linked service is appropriate and safe for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCW Events and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from an event, a cancellation, travel, a purchase, a third-party website, inaccurate information, or inability to use the service.
